Exercise Intervention
Program Web Site—that contains your logo and
choice of colors to reflect the identity of your organization.
Administrator Access Reports- you may
have any number of administrators for your Web site. The
administrator will have access to the following reports and
functions:
User administration - the user
administration will allow you to add or delete participants and view
the roster of registered participants. It will also allow you
to track individuals progress by looking up their activity for that
day or anytime during the program.
Data summary - During
the program this feature will allow you to access data on how many
steps your participants have walked per day, per month, etc.
Email all
participants - this feature will give you the ability to email
all the registered participants about upcoming information, program
events or updates if they entered their emails when they created
their accounts.
Email list of participants –
this feature will allow you to send attachments to all of your
program participants, such as the weekly educational newsletters.
Printable Pin List - the
pin list contains pin numbers for each of your participants.
The pin number will allow them to create their own account to access
the On the Go web site features.
Power Point presentation
- the Power Point will enable you to get your participants excited
about the program and also make them aware of the impact it could
have on their lives.
Administrators guide -
the 50 page administrators guide will give you specific details on
how to run a successful On the Go program. Although the
On the Go program basically runs itself.
Weekly educational
newsletters - you can insert your logo on to the weekly handouts
and sendOctober 19, 2005ated
throughout the program.
Fliers and
Posters—help you promote and build awareness of your
program to potential participants.
Logos -
There are various logos that were created for the program that can be
accessed from this feature. These logos may only be used for on
the On the Go program materials provided. If you wish to use
the logos for other promotional materials please contact Cher Harris
at 392-0578 ext 1279.
Daily
or Weekly Messages—depending on the duration of your
program daily or weekly messages will appear when participants log in
their steps on your Web site. These messages provide motivation and
health and wellness information.
Individual and Team Logs—will
assist participants in tracking their individual or team progress
when they don't have access to a computer.
Sponsorship letters and
proposals - will assist you in recruiting potential
sponsors to fund your exercise intervention program.
